He is dedicated to ensuring his clients receive the highest safety, design, and the right price for their construction projects. I am 25 years old and I have lived in TC all my life. I love to hunt, race my RC car and even race a car in bump-n-run races and tough trucks. I have always wanted to work in the excavation/construction field and I have several years of experience. I love animals and have had dogs, cats and a horse. I am glad to be part of the Royal Stag team.
Joshua Patrick (JP) Heintz is the Chief Operations Officer at Royal Stag Companies and owner of Heintz Global LLC. Raised in Traverse City, Michigan, and educated at Albion College, he brings a background in Industrial Psychology and a penchant for entrepreneurship honed across diverse landscapes from the Midwest to Hawaii.
JP’s career reflects his commitment to leadership and community, driven by a belief in tackling life’s challenges with honesty and grit. His ventures span industries including aviation, excavation, and construction, where he applies his skills to build and enhance both businesses and relationships. As he leads Royal Stag into the future, his focus remains on creating a lasting impact through collaboration and community engagement.
Jenn brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Royal Stag Construction as the Executive Manager. With a strong background in business management, she oversees day-to-day operations and ensures that every detail meets the high standards of excellence that Royal Stag Construction is known for.
Jenn’s expertise in customer relations and strategic planning has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and maintaining its stellar reputation in the construction industry. Her passion for construction and commitment to delivering top-tier service make her a valuable asset to both the team and clients alike.
Based in Lake Orion, Michigan, Michael Schell combines military precision with construction savvy. As a Sergeant and acting Squad Leader in the Michigan Army National Guard, Michael has developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills that he applies to every construction project.
Michael’s career in construction began in 2015, working in excavation right after high school. This experience sparked a passion for building that has grown with every project. Currently, he’s excited to bring a long-planned vision to life, demonstrating his commitment to turning detailed plans into stunning homes.
Michael’s love for adventure takes him around the globe, from solo hiking in Chilean Patagonia to planning a family trip to his ancestors’ hometown in southern Italy. These experiences enrich his perspective, bringing a sense of adventure to both his personal and professional life.
When he’s not on a construction site or traveling, Michael enjoys a variety of music, particularly Folk and Rock, which keeps him inspired and energized.
